A scaling health and beauty business, which is already recognised as number 1 in their category in the UK, is looking to expand their D2C presence. A Head of Digital is required to take ownership of the brand digital ecosystem and will drive performance, growth, and brand impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the digital growth strategy.
- Champion CRO and customer journey optimisation across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage digital budgets with clear focus on ROAS, CPA, conversion rate & revenue.
- Act as the brand guardian across all digital platforms.
- Guide and implement strategic initiatives across social, CRM, and content to reflect brand values while driving engagement and brand visibility.
About You:
- 8+ years’ experience in digital marketing or ecommerce, ideally within consumer brands.
- Proven track record of delivering performance through paid media, CRO, and DTC.
- Experience managing digital marketing budgets and delivering strong ROI.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on ability to execute and optimise.
- Strong commercial awareness and data fluency.
