With premium clubs already open across the North of England and several exciting new locations launching soon nationwide, this business offers world-class courts, expert coaching, vibrant events, and a welcoming, social community.
With a vision to build 30 clubs across the UK within the next five years, the company is entering an exciting new phase of expansion, making this a rare opportunity to join at a pivotal stage and help shape the marketing journey of a brand set to redefine the UK padel scene.
As they scale, they’re looking for an exceptional Campaign Manager to lead the charge in driving visibility, footfall, and excitement around each new club opening.
Role Overview
As the Campaign Manager, you will take ownership of all marketing activity surrounding new club launches. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing integrated launch campaigns, building strong lead pipelines, managing local marketing assets, and coordinating engaging soft launch events that spark buzz, community connection, and lasting brand love in every new market.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and build strong pre-launch databases for new clubs
- Collaborate with performance marketing and local teams to tailor campaigns to each location
- Oversee production and rollout of local marketing materials, ensuring consistent branding and timely delivery
- Coordinate and execute soft launch events with club managers, influencers, and community partners to drive awareness and sign-ups
- Manage CRM and email marketing, including automated journeys, local mailing lists, and data-driven optimisation of campaign performance
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of marketing or campaign management experience, ideally in multi-site retail, leisure, or fitness
- Proven track record of planning and delivering successful launch campaigns
- Hands-on experience with paid media buying on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms
- Strong project management and organisational skills, able to juggle multiple site launches at once
- Confident working with CRM systems and email marketing tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management, both internally and externally
- Creative eye and attention to detail when briefing and reviewing assets
- Willingness to travel across the UK to support club launches
