Marketing Manager
Our client, a fast-growing B2B brand with a pan-European footprint, is on the hunt for a Marketing Operations & Events Manager who can bring precision, pace, and polish to their campaigns and events.
This is no ordinary marketing role. You’ll be the engine room behind high-impact campaigns and standout events—from trade shows in Berlin to webinars that convert. If you thrive on timelines, budgets, logistics, and making things happen, this one’s for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planning and executing trade shows, webinars, and live events—logistics, vendors, travel, and on-site magic
- Owning the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns and events across Europe
- Managing calendars, workflows, and budgets with military-grade precision
- Coordinating with top-tier agencies (PR, design, digital) to keep deliverables sharp and on-brand
- Collaborating with sales, product, and content teams to align strategy and execution
- Creating processes and templates that boost efficiency and eliminate last-minute chaos
- Tracking performance metrics and reporting insights to the Director of Marketing
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in marketing operations, project management, or events in a B2B setting
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects
- Strong communication chops and stakeholder management finesse
- Experience working with agencies and external suppliers
- Bonus points for familiarity with European trade shows and events
- A proactive mindset, eagle-eye for detail, and cool head under pressure
