Job title: Marketplace Account Manager
Salary: Up to £38,000
Location: Trafford, Manchester
Forward Role are pleased to be back partnering with a leading FMCG business, who due to exciting growth this year, are now looking for a Marketplace Account Manager to join their team. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is looking to make a name for themselves within a business and be the driving force behind Marketplace growth. You will be supporting an existing Amazon Account Manager, managing day-to-day operations of the accounts whilst also identifying and launching new marketplace accounts.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Own all aspects of marketplace trading: listings, pricing, promotions, advertising, and account health.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the launch of new marketplace channels (e.g. OnBuy, TikTok Shop, Tesco.com).
- Develop and optimise product listings (titles, descriptions, keywords, A+ content, and imagery) to maximise traffic and conversion.
- Work closely with the external agency to oversee Amazon Advertising and other marketplace ad campaigns to deliver efficient ROI
- Build business cases and project plans for launching new marketplaces, both domestic and international.
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Have previous Amazon Vendor Central experience
- Have experience managing other Marketplaces e.g. OnBuy, Tesco, The Range etc
- Possess strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools
- Have strong communication skills both verbally and written
