A scaling SaaS business is hiring a hands-on Head of Growth to build, own, and scale the fast-growing B2C business - a rapidly expanding revenue stream projected to hit $1.1M next year with significant upside. This is a high-impact, high-ownership role ideal for an operator who knows how to design and run a modern, data-driven growth engine.
What You’ll Own
- Full B2C growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, and lifecycle retention
- Multi-channel lead generation (paid social/search, SEO, content, affiliates, partnerships)
- Conversion rate optimisation across the entire user journey
- Post-purchase growth: activation, retention, renewals, upsell paths
- Forecasting, funnel performance, CAC/LTV modelling, and B2C P&L impact
- Cross-functional leadership with Product, Media, GTM, and Executive teams
What You’ll Do
- Build and scale a high-performing B2C growth engine end-to-end
- Create high-converting funnels, landing pages, onboarding flows, and email journeys
- Refine the B2C value proposition and align it with product development
- Run continuous experimentation to improve channel efficiency and reduce CAC
- Grow an active base of high-value individual users who influence team/enterprise sales
- Manage an AI-enabled MarTech/RevOps stack and build clear performance dashboards
What You Bring
- 5+ years building and scaling B2C or prosumer SaaS (ideally to $5M+ ARR)
- Proven success owning acquisition, conversion, and retention at scale
- Deep experience in growth experimentation, lifecycle marketing, and LTV expansion
- Strong analytical mindset and mastery of SEO, paid acquisition, and growth frameworks
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and excellent cross-functional communication
