About the Role
A growing fashion and sportswear brand is seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join its creative team. This digital-first role focuses on producing high-impact visual content for product launches, social campaigns, athlete collaborations, and e-commerce platforms.
This position suits a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands trend-led design, and can deliver clean, modern visuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create digital assets for social media (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), paid ads, email campaigns and web banners.
- Support product launches with graphics, motion assets and campaign visuals.
- Contribute to athlete partnership content and ambassador storytelling.
- Prepare e-commerce assets including product imagery, PDP graphics and promotional banners.
- Work closely with senior creatives to maintain brand consistency.
- Stay informed on design, lifestyle and sports culture trends.
Requirements
- Degree/diploma in Graphic Design or a strong portfolio demonstrating equivalent skills.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Basic experience with motion/video (After Effects or Premiere).
- Strong understanding of typography, colour, layout and visual hierarchy.
- Able to manage multiple projects and work well under pressure.
- Highly organised with good time management.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate and communicate new ideas.
- Team player with a proactive, positive attitude.
- Interest in fashion, sportswear and contemporary design.
Portfolio Required
