Events Manager
Our client is looking for an experienced Events Manager to lead the design and delivery of a dynamic external and internal events programme. This is a pivotal role, working closely with senior stakeholders to create events that engage audiences, strengthen partnerships, and support ambitious growth plans.
What you’ll do:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of conferences and events aligned to business strategy.
- Innovate and enhance event experiences using technology to boost engagement.
- Plan events that deliver ROI for partners and value for advisers.
- Manage budgets, reporting, and governance to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing to amplify reach and integrate campaign activity.
- Oversee internal events that drive colleague engagement and support internal communications.
- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships, ensuring best-in-class delivery.
- Lead and develop a high-performing events team.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in managing large-scale events and conferences.
- Flexibility to travel across the UK regularly.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial focus.
- Expertise in budget control and supplier management.
