Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Lytham St Annes, Lancashire

Working Pattern: On site, five days per week

Remuneration: £35,000 – £38,000 per annum

The Role

This is a senior-level design role within an in-house creative team, responsible for delivering high-quality visual output across digital and print channels.The role will suit an experienced designer who combines strong creative execution with the confidence to support and guide others, acting as a senior point of reference within the team.

You will work closely with marketing, technical and international teams to deliver consistent, brand-aligned creative assets that support product, marketing and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging, multi-channel design assets with a strong focus on digital output

• Act as deputy to the Design Team Manager, supporting workload coordination and creative standards

• Produce artwork for UK and international product labelling and supporting materials

• Develop high-quality offline and online marketing collateral

• Liaise with technical, NPD and international marketing teams to deliver accurate, compliant artwork

• Prepare print-ready files using Adobe Creative Suite on Mac

• Ensure packaging and labelling meets relevant statutory and regulatory requirements

• Uphold and apply brand guidelines consistently across all materials

• Manage accurate electronic and paper-based filing systems

• Liaise with external agencies, printers and suppliers as required

Key Skills

• Strong digital design capability

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator

• Excellent layout, typography and visual communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability

• Confident communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience Required

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior or similar graphic design role

• Experience working across both digital and print design

• Proven experience producing artwork for regulated or technical products

Domain Experience

• In-house creative or design team environment

• Product-led, regulated or technical industries

• B2B or professional services marketing environments

Additional Information

• Full-time, on-site role based in Lytham St Annes

• Occasional travel to other sites may be required

• Standard working hours are Monday to Friday
