This newly created role provides the unique chance to work with some of the world’s most iconic brands as the company expands internationally.

The CRM Specialist will play a critical role in optimising the Salesforce platform to ensure data integrity and utilise this information to build effective customer campaigns. This role will focus on driving customer engagement, nurturing leads, and supporting customer acquisition efforts through data-driven marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimise Salesforce to ensure accurate data integrity, proper segmentation, and seamless workflow processes.
  • Create, execute, and track targeted email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and acquisition.
  • Analyse CRM data to identify opportunities for personalised marketing strategies and improved lead nurturing.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM activities with broader business goals and campaign strategies.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for marketing activities.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on best practices for using Salesforce and CRM-related tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in email marketing and email marketing platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving CRM processes.
