A UK-based international charity is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join its team in Manchester. This is a full-time, office-based role, offered on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract, with a competitive salary and benefits.
The Role:
Manage & grow the organisation’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube & Snapchat, delivering organic & paid campaigns to increase reach, engagement and conversions.
Analyse performance, optimise activity, protect brand reputation and report insights to support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver organic & paid social media campaigns against KPIs
Build & manage online communities & support engagement
Optimise paid social activity to maximise ROS
Monitor performance using platform insights, Google Analytics & ad managers
Manage social media budgets & report on results
Maintain high standards of customer service and brand reputation
About You:
Minimum 4 years’ experience in social media marketing or community management
Proven success with paid and organic social campaigns
Strong knowledge of paid social platforms & optimisation best practices
Confident copywriter with experience driving engagement & conversions
Experience with analytics & reporting tools
Charity sector experience desirable but not essential
