Rate: £400-£500 per day
Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Instructor to deliver high-impact AI training to a large corporate workforce of approximately 20,000 learners. This role is fully remote and presents an outstanding opportunity to lead large-scale training initiatives that will upskill employees across the organisation on AI fundamentals and practical business applications.
You will be part of an industry-leading learning programme designed to accelerate AI adoption, build capability, and empower employees at all levels to integrate AI into their day-to-day workflows.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging, expert-led AI training sessions to diverse audiences across the organisation.

Translate complex AI concepts and tools into practical, business-relevant learning outcomes.

Facilitate live virtual workshops, tailored group training, and Q&A sessions.

Support learner engagement and progression through interactive delivery and real-time problem solving.

Work alongside learning designers and programme leads to refine and optimise training delivery.

Provide feedback on learner performance and training effectiveness.
About You

Proven experience delivering AI training, workshops, or corporate learning programmes.

Deep understanding of AI concepts, tools, ethical considerations, and practical use cases.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage large, varied audiences.

Comfortable delivering content remotely using virtual learning platforms and tools.

Strong organisational skills and a learner-centric delivery approach.
What You’ll Be Doing

Teaching AI fundamentals, including AI workflows, toolsets, business application, and real-world examples.

Tailoring session delivery to meet the needs of varied learner groups, from beginners to more advanced audiences.

Supporting adoption of AI tools and best practices that drive productivity and innovation.

Acting as a trusted subject-matter expert throughout the training rollout.
