CRO Specialist - Contract
Remote or Manchester Based
3+ month contract
Forward Role is supporting a fantastic business to find a Contract/Freelance CRO Specialist to support a growing optimisation pipeline across multiple client accounts.
This role will provide immediate delivery support across CRO. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on analytics, testing, and experimentation.
You'll be responsible for delivering end-to-end CRO activity, working closely with developers, analysts, and a senior CRO lead as part of a wider squad.
Role & Responsibilities
- Defining and executing CRO strategies
- Conducting quantitative and qualitative research
- Planning, running, and analysing A/B tests
- Using GA4 to identify insights and opportunities
- Supporting tracking and measurement via Google Tag Manager
- Producing clear performance reporting and recommendations
- Carrying out competitor analysis and benchmarking
- Leveraging tools such as heat maps to inform testing hypotheses
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working in a CRO focused position
- Strong analytical and testing skillset
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing platforms
- Confident using GA4 for analysis and reporting
- Solid understanding of tracking and measurement principles
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a team
- Figma and/or JavaScript would be helpful, but not essential
