Our client is looking for an experienced and commercially focused Senior Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in driving high‑quality lead generation for a growing global enterprise SaaS business.
This is a senior, hands‑on position blending strategic Go‑to‑Market ownership with day‑to‑day campaign execution. The Opportunity
As Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll own the end‑to‑end planning, delivery and optimisation of multi‑channel lead generation campaigns — ensuring a steady flow of high‑intent, sales‑ready leads for a US‑based SDR team.
You’ll act as a key strategic voice within the marketing function, shaping GTM initiatives across new and existing sectors, particularly within complex and regulated enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Campaigns
- Develop and execute integrated inbound and outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn and paid/organic channels
- Drive both volume and quality of enterprise leads
- Continuously test, measure and optimise campaign performance
Content Strategy & Creation
- Produce compelling content for emails, LinkedIn, gated assets and sales enablement
- Build messaging aligned to C‑suite enterprise audiences
- Grow brand presence and inbound engagement on LinkedIn
Marketing Ops & CRM
- Manage and optimise activity within Zoho CRM
- Utilise tools such as ZoomInfo and Apollo for prospecting and data enrichment
- Ensure strong data hygiene and compliance
Sales & Cross‑Functional Alignment
- Partner closely with Sales and US‑based SDRs on lead definitions and follow‑up
- Work with Product, Customer and SLT stakeholders to shape messaging and GTM activity
Performance & ROI
- Track MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution and ROI
- Provide insights to guide future investment and strategy
About You
Essential:
- Senior‑level marketing experience within SaaS
- Proven track record delivering measurable lead generation campaigns
- Strong enterprise‑grade content creation skills
- Comfortable working closely with Sales and senior internal stakeholders
- Data‑driven, analytical and commercially minded
Desirable:
- Zoho CRM experience
- Experience with ZoomInfo, Apollo or similar
- Exposure to US market campaigns
- Background marketing into regulated industries [To confirm]
