CRM Manager

The role:
The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimising customer relationships across their eCommerce websites. You will use customer data, insight, and CRM tools to drive engagement, retention, and lifetime value, while supporting commercial performance across all five eCommerce websites.
This role requires strong analytical capability, hands-on CRM experience, and close collaboration with eCommerce, Marketing, and Commercial teams to deliver targeted, data-led customer communications and journeys.
Responsibilities:
- Own and run the CRM strategy across all eCommerce sites, from day-to-day campaigns to long-term planning.
- Plan, build, and optimise customer communications for onboarding, retention, reactivation, and loyalty.
- Use customer data and insights to deliver personalised campaigns that drive revenue, engagement, and repeat business.
- Work with marketing, eCommerce, and other teams to support launches, promotions, and wider business activity.
- Analyse performance, segment customers, track behaviour, and make recommendations to improve results and grow the function.
What we’re looking for:
- Hands-on experience in a CRM role, ideally in an eCommerce environment.
- Comfortable working with customer data, segmentation, reporting, and using platforms like Google Analytics and GA4.
- Commercially minded with a track record of supporting revenue-driving campaigns.
- Confident communicator who can work with multiple teams and manage several campaigns at once.
- Strong attention to detail with good MS Office skills and a clear understanding of eCommerce customer journeys.
