We are working with a leading Law firm as they look to appoint a Talent Acquisition Partner to strengthen its in-house recruitment function. This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Legal recruiter who loves building relationships, owning their market, and delivering a best-in-class hiring experience.
The role
You’ll join a high-performing People team and take the lead on end-to-end hiring across legal, risk, compliance and business services. This isn’t just filling roles — you’ll act as a trusted advisor to Partners and senior leaders, helping shape growth plans and driving a proactive, strategic approach to talent.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing full lifecycle recruitment across specialist and senior legal roles
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs and build robust briefs
- Developing sourcing strategies and nurturing pipelines of hard‑to-find legal talent
- Running a smooth, engaging candidate journey from first contact to offer
- Providing hiring insights, market intel and data-driven recommendations
- Supporting wider recruitment initiatives, process improvement and employer brand activity
What we’re looking for
- Strong background in legal recruitment (in‑house or agency)
- Credibility when working with senior stakeholders
- Confident sourcing skills and experience engaging passive talent
- Someone proactive, solutions-focused, and commercially minded
- A natural relationship builder who delivers with pace
