Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- You'll be the main IT contact across the business, supporting users in retail, warehouse, and head office.
- On a typical day, you'll be troubleshooting technical issues, managing devices and user accounts, and keeping everything running smoothly across MacOS, Windows, and M365.
- Beyond the reactive support work, you'll take ownership of projects that genuinely improve how IT works. That could be rolling out Intune properly, tightening up security controls, getting SharePoint adoption up, or working with third party vendors to sort out infrastructure.
