We are working with a people‑centric organisation who are looking for a commercially savvy People Partner to join their HR function at a genuinely exciting point of transformation.
As the business continues to scale, this role will play a key part in shaping culture, driving engagement, and partnering with leaders to deliver a best-in-class people experience. If you’re a confident relationship‑builder who loves blending strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, this could be a brilliant next step as you will be;
- Acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders across Birmingham and the wider region
- Coaching managers on all areas of people management, from ER to performance
- Leading and supporting on change initiatives and organisational development projects
- Driving employee engagement through meaningful, insight-led initiatives
- Supporting talent, succession, and workforce planning conversations
- Collaborating with centres of excellence (L\&D, Talent, Reward) to embed people strategies
- Using people data to influence decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement
Experience you will need..
- Proven experience in a Generalist HR role, at least operating as a Senior HR Advisor
- Strong ER knowledge and confident in advising senior stakeholders
- Someone who enjoys autonomy, influence, and shaping the people agenda
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to challenge constructively
- Experience in a multi‑site or fast‑paced environment is highly beneficial
- CIPD level 5 or above (or equivalent experience)
