They’re hiring a Senior Marketing Executive to take real ownership of their marketing calendar and drive performance across email, social, SEO, e-commerce and partnerships.

This is a high-impact, hands-on role in a startup-style environment, fast-paced, ambitious and built on autonomy. You won’t just “support” marketing. You’ll execute campaigns, launch promotions, optimise performance and work directly with commercial teams to influence revenue.
If you’re commercially curious, organised and eager to grow quickly in a business where your ideas go live (not into a deck), this is an opportunity to step up with clear progression into Marketing Manager as the company scales.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and send email campaigns, set up automated flows, and keep lists growing
- Create and post social content and help with campaign assets
- Help with Shopify, product pages, landing pages, and testing what works best
- Do keyword research, update website content, and support blogs and category pages
- Work with affiliates and influencers, track how they’re performing, and help the programmes grow
- Keep an eye on marketing results and share simple reports with ideas to improve
What we’re looking for:
- Proven previous marketing experience ideally in an e-commerce business
- Strong communicator, organised, and quick to learn in a fast-moving environment
- Up to date with social and consumer trends
- Experience using Shopify, Mailchimp, Canva, e-commerce, affiliates, or have basic SEO knowledge would be beneficial
- Ambitious, resourceful, tenacious, commercially curious, and happy working independently in a startup-style environment
