Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator
Liverpool City Centre (Hybrid) | £28,000–£35,000 + Benefits
We’re working with a scale up business in Liverpool to hire a Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator. If you love organisation, people, and creating great candidate experiences, this role offers the chance to make a real impact across all areas of the business as you will be the first point of contact for candidates and reamin in contact with employees throughout the initial first few weeks of employment.
What you’ll do:
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: adverts, screening, interviews & feedback
- Be the first point of contact for all candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to shape effective hiring processes
- Own onboarding: contracts, compliance, Induction & day‑one experience
- Maintain accurate ATS/HR data
- Support employer brand and wider people projects
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or talent support
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Positive, people‑focused approach
- ATS/HRIS experience is a bonus
