The Role
This is a varied 1st/2nd line support position with a strong infrastructure flavour. You'll be joining a business that's moving away from third-party MSP support and bringing everything in-house gradually so the scope here is broad, the projects are meaningful, and the visibility is high.
You won't be stuck at a helpdesk. Think Azure migrations, networking across multiple European sites, and implementing new business systems. There's a clear path to a Team Lead position as the internal IT team continues to grow.
What's On Offer
- Salary up to £32,000 DOE
- Wigan-based with some hybrid working available
- Travel to European sites, including a new office opening in Portugal and an office move in France (all expenses covered: flights, hotels, food)

What They're Looking For
Three things matter most to this client:
Azure: You'll be hands-on with a migration from on-prem to Azure, so experience in a hybrid environment is key.
Intune: Device management experience is essential as they modernise their endpoint setup.
Networking: You'll be helping connect UK sites and supporting the setup of new European locations, so solid networking fundamentals are a must.

- On-prem to Azure cloud migration
- Implementation of Business Central
- Building out a fully in-house IT team (replacing 3rd party dependency)
