Senior Digital Strategist
Lancashire - 2 days p/week in office
Salary: £50- £60k
Forward Role are recruiting exclusively for a creative agency based in Lancashire, working with ambitious brands who are looking for a Senior Digital Strategist to join their leadership team. This is role where you’ll be leading digital growth strategy across the agencies major clients and driving demand generation. As Senior Digital Strategist you’ll bring clarity to clients and provide strategic direction, with ownership of both results and relationships.
The Opportunity
Based in an amazing creative office space in Burnley, this is a key hire where you’ll oversee multi-channel strategies (PPC, Paid Social, SEO, LLM-driven content, and CRO).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyse performance data and provide insights that support wider business goals
- Run client strategy sessions and develop clear marketing roadmaps
- Identify growth opportunities through testing, optimisation and experimentation
- Present campaign performance and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders while staying up to date with industry trends and platform developments
- Support new business and inbound demand generation
About You
- Experienced performance marketer or strategist ready to take ownership of campaigns and outcomes
- Highly self-directed and organised, with the ability to create structured systems around your work
- Comfortable bridging creative ideas and data-driven insights
- Commercially savvy, fluent in metrics like ROAS, LTV, MRR, CTR and CPA
- Strong communicator, able to simplify complex concepts and build trust with stakeholders
- Curious and engaged with tech, automation, and AI-driven marketing tools
