Forward Role are working with a fast-growing eCommerce business operating in a fun, thriving consumer space.

Head of Brand Marketing

Hybrid working (3 days onsite, 2 from home)

Manchester

Circa £60k - £80k (potential to go higher dependent on experience)

Over the last few years, they’ve more than doubled revenue, built a loyal B2C & B2B customer base, and continue to grow across their own brands and major online marketplaces.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your ideas won’t just be heard, they’ll drive real business results from day one. As Head of Brand Marketing, you’ll shape the brand strategy, customer engagement, and develop the presence of the business’s sponsored talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, and long-term growth across all platforms
  • Launch initiatives that boost brand awareness, loyalty, and market presence
  • Build relationships with influencers, key personalities, and the sector’s community to amplify reach
  • Elevate sponsored talent while aligning their personal brands with this brands identity
  • Manage and activate sponsorships and partnerships to maximise strategic impact
  • Lead campaigns and content that reflect the brands values, heritage, and growth ambition
  • Build and inspire a high-performing marketing team while managing budgets and tracking brand impact

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong strategic thinker with proven brand leadership experience
  • Collaborative leader with experience managing multi-functional teams
  • Track record of growing brands, managing sponsorships, and influencer programs
  • Deep understanding of influencer marketing, content creation, and community engagement
  • Experienced in budgeting, planning, and delivering measurable brand impact
  • Savvy with TikTok, YouTube, and social media trends
  • Previous experience successfully growing a brand across multiple channels
