They are now seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to provide leadership continuity during a period of parental leave—stepping in as the interim head of the marketing function and owning both strategy and execution.

The Role
As Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the marketing team and act as the bridge between high‑level strategy and day‑to‑day delivery. You’ll drive FY27 campaigns, ensure commercial alignment, and keep projects moving at pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and line‑manage a high‑performing marketing team
- Oversee planning and delivery of multi‑channel FY27 campaigns
- Manage resource allocation, timelines and performance
- Analyse and report on effectiveness in commercial forums
- Drive strategic projects across propositions, audience growth and innovation
- Lead partner marketing programmes and joint campaign activity
- Coordinate owned events and manage presence at industry conferences
- Protect and elevate the brand across all channels
- Support PR and thought‑leadership activity
What You’ll Bring
- Proven marketing leadership experience (agency or B2B tech desirable)
- Background in planning and delivering multi‑channel campaigns
- Commercial mindset with confidence presenting ROI and insights
- Experience managing partnerships and events
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Adaptability and confidence making decisions at pace
