Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 remote)

The role:

Reporting to the CRM Manager, this role sits within a wider CRM team of 10 and plays a key role in delivering customer communication strategies that support wider commercial goals.

You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns, working cross-functionally to create highly personalised, insight-led communications, with a growing focus on AI-driven targeting and optimisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver insight-driven, personalised multi-channel CRM campaigns that hit commercial and customer goals.
  • Execute campaigns flawlessly and on time through the CRM platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud.).
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are consistent across all customer touchpoints.
  • Track and optimise performance using testing, analytics, and data-driven insights.
  • Maintain risk and compliance standards, making informed decisions within established frameworks.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience delivering multi-channel, personalised CRM campaigns at scale.
  • Hands-on with AI-driven campaign tools (e.g., “next best action”) to optimise engagement (desirable).
  • Able to translate CRM briefs into coordinated campaigns, working effectively across teams.
  • Strong technical skills: database querying, email content creation, SQL, HTML/CSS, and marketing automation platforms (desirable).
  • Experienced in testing, optimisation, prioritisation, with excellent attention to detail and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.
