Forward Role are working with this fantastic environmental and sustainability focused agency based in the heart of the Cheshire countryside as they look to hire a Paid Media Manager for their team. You’ll take ownership of paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
As a close-knit yet growing agency, they have a strong positive culture and focus on driving innovation for industries that cultivate, harvest, and support sustainable growth. This role would suit someone with hands-on experience in Paid Social who enjoys analysing performance data and improving campaign results.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for planning, managing and optimising Paid Media campaigns for a range of clients. Working closely with internal teams, you’ll help deliver effective digital strategies and ensure campaigns meet performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn
- Monitor performance and optimise campaigns to improve ROI
- Manage budgets, targeting and campaign setup
- Analyse data and provide performance reports
- Run A/B testing and identify optimisation opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams on wider marketing strategies
What they’re looking for:
- Experience running paid media campaigns, with a focus on Paid Social
- Strong understanding of Google Ads and Paid Social platforms
- Analytical mindset and confidence working with campaign data
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities
