We're working with one of the UK's fastest-growing premium D2C subscription brands, a high-volume, direct-to-consumer business with a strong presence in the sports performance and health space. Customer Experience Executive | £32,000 | Warrington (Hybrid) 

This is a brand new role and a real chance to make it your own.

The Role

This isn't a call centre job. It's a systems-led customer experience position where you'll be equally comfortable talking to a frustrated subscriber and fixing their account on the spot. You'll manage enquiries across email, live chat, phone and social, while handling the full subscription lifecycle skips, swaps, credits, payment failures and cancellations with accuracy and calm.

Beyond the day-to-day, you'll be a key feedback loop into the wider business, flagging retention risks, recurring issues and customer insight to Growth, Product and Ops.

Working pattern: (no Thursdays or Saturdays)

  • Mon: 8am–4pm (office)
  • Tue: 12pm–8pm (office)
  • Wed: 7am–4pm (office)
  • Fri: 8am–3pm (office)
  • Sun: 12pm–8pm (remote)

What they're looking for? 

  • Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Confident working with CRM systems, customer data and backend order management
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable spotting patterns, flagging trends and turning customer insight into action
  • Calm, detail-oriented and commercially aware around retention and lifetime value
  • Comfortable in a scaling, founder-led business
  • Experience with ecommerce or subscription platforms such as Shopify and Recharge is a bonus but not essential

Backgrounds in D2C ecommerce, subscription businesses or premium consumer brands are ideal. Pure call-centre experience without any system ownership or data exposure won't be the right fit.
