Forward Role are partnering with a high‑growth, PE‑backed global organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a fast‑paced, growing business and play a key role in shaping both the operational and strategic people agenda.
What you’ll be doing
- Partnering with senior leaders on people strategy and organisational development
- Delivering hands‑on HR support across ER, performance, engagement and talent
- Contribute to strategic HR projects linked to growth, culture and transformation
- Provide data-driven insights to influence decision-making within the leadership team
- Coaching managers to build capability and drive high performance
- Supporting global people initiatives and change projects
- Using HR data to influence decisions and improve outcomes
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in a Business Partner role
- Comfortable balancing strategic work with day‑to‑day HR delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience in fast‑paced, global or PE‑backed environments (ideal, not essential)
