We’re looking for an organised and proactive TikTok Shop Account Manager to support day-to-day account operations. This is a great opportunity to join a fast growing digital agency at the top of their game when it comes to creating TikTok lives for a number of high profile brands across Beauty, Fragrance and FMCG. This role would suit an Account Manager with experience in ecommerce, social commerce, or creator-led sales.
What you’ll do:
- Manage TikTok Shop accounts and monitor performance
- Optimise products, promotions, pricing, and campaigns
- Support affiliate and creator activity to boost sales
- Track and report on shop and campaign performance
- Work closely with internal teams to keep operations running smoothly
Who we’re looking for:
- Strong interest in TikTok Shop, social commerce, or e-commerce
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and reporting
- Confident client facing and driving performance
- Highly organised, proactive, and confident communicator
- Motivated team player eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
