Forward Role are partnering with an exciting, fast-growing business in the property industry that’s building something from the ground up, and that’s exactly what makes this opportunity stand out.

They’re creating high-quality homes and communities designed around how people actually live today, with two distinct brands that reflect different lifestyles and audiences. This part of the business is still in its early stages, which means nothing is overly fixed yet and there’s real scope to shape, influence and build.

As they move from initial launches towards a wider national presence, marketing is playing a huge role in that journey. It’s not about stepping into a fully formed function, but about helping to create one, defining how the brand shows up, connects with people and drives demand as the business grows.

The role:

Working alongside the Head of Marketing & Brand, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of marketing across two brands. You’ll turn strategy into action, bringing campaigns to life, tracking performance, and using insight to keep improving.

You’ll connect the dots across digital, content, CRM, events and partnerships, creating a joined-up approach that drives leasing, builds brand and enhances the resident experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing across two brands, driving campaigns that boost leasing, brand awareness, and resident engagement.
  • Turn strategy into action across digital, social, CRM, events, partnerships, SEO, and content, making every channel work together.
  • Own paid media planning and execution across platforms like Meta, Google, and property portals, optimising targeting, creative, and spend.
  • Own the full CRM journey, from enquiry to long-term resident retention, using automation and insight to maximise results.
  • Plan and deliver launches, local campaigns, awards, and community initiatives that bring each brand and development to life.
  • Manage agencies and internal teams to hit brand, budget, and performance goals, keeping campaigns sharp and on track.
  • Track, analyse, and optimise performance across the full funnel, turning data into smarter campaigns and bigger impact.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years in marketing for property, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
  • Proven in integrated campaigns across digital, content, and events.
  • Strong in demand generation and CRM / Email marketing.
  • Experienced with agencies, budgets, and multi-project delivery.
  • Creative, brand-savvy, and data-driven.
  • Collaborative, organised, and thrives in a fast-growing, evolving business.
