Forward Role are partnering with a global, established, fast-growing business in the property industry that’s creating two new distinct housing brands from the ground up.
They’re creating high-quality homes and communities designed around how people actually live today, with each brand reflecting a different lifestyle and audience. This is more than marketing, it’s shaping how people experience homes and communities.
Every campaign, piece of content, and digital touchpoint is being created for the first time. Nothing is templated. Nothing is repetitive.
The role:
As a Marketing Executive, you’ll work closely with the Head of Brand and Marketing, Marketing Manager, and wider team to bring these brands to life. You’ll support campaigns, digital and CRM activity, events, partnerships, and performance tracking, helping build strong foundations for marketing across both brands.
This is a hands-on role offering broad exposure, ideal for someone excited to develop quickly, contribute from the start, and help create a completely new presence in the UK housing market.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver marketing campaigns across digital, social, CRM, events, and partnerships
- Support emails, websites, property portals, and audience targeting
- Help run launches, events, activations, and coordinate suppliers
- Manage content, creative assets, and award submissions
- Track performance, maintain calendars, and keep marketing on brand
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years in marketing, digital, or communications
- Experience with email marketing, CRM, campaigns, and projects
- Comfortable with data, spreadsheets, reporting, and digital channels
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Collaborative, positive, and interested in both creative and analytical marketing
