Marketing Manager

We’re recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing digital construction consultancy, for a Marketing Manager to lead and deliver their B2B marketing activity during a key growth phase.
This is a senior, hands‑on role with clear ownership of strategy, execution and budget, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
The Role
- Own and deliver the marketing strategy and budget
- Drive multichannel lead generation across digital and traditional channels
- Produce high‑quality content: thought leadership, blogs, case studies and copy
- Manage website content and ongoing development
- Deliver sales collateral (digital and print)
- Manage LinkedIn and senior leadership personal branding
- Plan and deliver events, networking and award submissions
- Manage PR and trade press activity
- Work closely with the Bid & Proposal Co‑Ordinator on bid and proposal collateral
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and adherence to guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B Marketing Manager with strong multichannel experience
- Excellent copywriting and content skills
- Ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear marketing messages
- Experience in tech, construction or BIM beneficial
- Confident using Adobe InDesign or similar design tools
- AI‑literate, using tools to support content and analysis appropriately
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive or similar)
