The Role

We’re looking for a Middleweight UX/UI Designer to join the Design team, creating high-quality digital experiences across Web and Activation.

You’ll combine strong UX thinking with polished UI design, taking projects from research and discovery through to wireframes, prototypes, final designs, developer handover and QA.

The majority of the work will focus on websites and retainers, with opportunities to work on interactive campaigns, digital activations, games and quizzes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create user journeys, sitemaps, information architecture and wireframes.

  • Design polished, responsive and accessible digital interfaces.

  • Build and maintain design systems and reusable Figma components.

  • Conduct and contribute to user research, usability testing and journey audits.

  • Turn research and insight into clear design recommendations.

  • Work closely with developers to ensure designs are technically achievable.

  • Present and explain design decisions to clients and internal teams.

  • Manage multiple projects and deliver work to deadlines and agreed budgets.

  • Identify opportunities to improve usability, conversion and digital performance.

  • Support and share knowledge with other designers.

Key Skills & Experience

  • 2 - 5 years’ professional UX/UI design experience, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX and polished UI design.

  • Advanced Figma skills, including components, variants, variables, auto layout and prototyping.

  • Strong understanding of user journeys, information architecture, wireframing and prototyping.

  • Experience designing responsive websites across desktop, tablet and mobile.

  • Experience working closely with developers.

  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.

  • Confident presenting and explaining design decisions.

  • Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple projects.

Nice to have: Webflow, CRO/A/B testing, GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, HTML/CSS, mobile-first design and experience with interactive campaigns.
