This role is remote, with occasional travel to the office in Dublin.
We’re supporting a leading player in the insurance and financial services sector as they continue to evolve their marketing and data strategy. They’re looking for a Customer Insight & CRM Analyst - a commercially minded analyst who can turn customer behaviour into actionable marketing intelligence.

You’ll sit at the heart of the marketing function, bringing clarity and structure to how customer insight informs every decision - from acquisition campaigns to retention strategy. This is a high-impact role that blends analytical rigour with strategic thinking, offering the chance to shape how the business understands and engages its customers.
Working closely with CRM, data engineering, and automation teams, you’ll build the frameworks, dashboards, and stories that turn numbers into narrative, helping marketing and product teams take action with confidence.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and ongoing evolution of customer segmentation models, providing a clear view of performance across acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Design and manage behavioural journey maps to highlight friction points, drop-offs, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement test-and-learn strategies, ensuring experiments are designed with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes.
- Deliver meaningful insights and recommendations that drive CRM optimisation, campaign strategy, and proposition development.
- Work closely with marketing leadership to champion the use of data and insight in decision-making, ensuring activity is grounded in customer behaviour.
- Partner with technical teams to align data flows, integrations, and reporting structures - enabling accurate, timely insight across the organisation.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, compelling stories that non-technical audiences can understand and act upon.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in customer insight, marketing analytics, or CRM /campaign data strategy role - ideally within a b2c focused business.
- Fluent in customer metrics such as segmentation, lifetime value, and churn, and know how to apply them to marketing strategy.
- Confident working with data - comfortable using SQL and visualisation tools, and familiar with advanced analytics concepts (Python/R knowledge is a plus).
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, or HubSpot.
- Exceptional communicator who can simplify complexity, turning analysis into actionable recommendations that drive results.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to connect data, insight, and creative strategy.
