Digital Marketing
Location: Middlewich
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance-driven, multi-channel digital campaigns for a growing brand within Beauty, Cosmetics, or Health & Wellness background.
This is a hands-on role focused on paid media, CRM, and customer journey optimisation, working closely with internal teams and external agencies to drive demand and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver integrated digital marketing campaigns
- Own digital channels including paid search, paid social, email, CRM, and SEO
- Manage and optimise paid media activity with agency partners
- Improve digital customer journeys through automation, personalisation, and testing
- Track and optimise performance using GA4, CRM, and campaign data
- Ensure consistent, on-brand messaging across all digital touchpoints
About You
- Proven digital marketing experience, ideally in Beauty, Cosmetics, or Health & Wellness
- Strong background in performance marketing and paid media
- Commercial, data-driven, and confident managing agencies
