I'm working with an established financial services organisation who are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of their paid media strategy and execution for the next 12 months. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on PPC and paid social specialist to make a real impact on business growth.
The Role
You'll be the driving force behind effective, profitable marketing campaigns across all paid channels - from PPC and display advertising to paid social media. Working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager, you'll develop and execute strategies that directly contribute to sales targets while maximising ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage annual budgets for PPC, paid social, and display advertising
- Optimise Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid social accounts to drive lead generation and sales performance
- Collaborate with design agencies to create high-converting landing pages and test variants
- Analyse cross-platform data to identify optimization opportunities
- Drive full-funnel performance marketing with continuous campaign refinement
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years' performance marketing experience with hands-on PPC and paid social management
- Essential: Google Ads and Bing Ads account management experience
- Essential: Paid social media campaign experience
- Preferred: Google Analytics experience
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Collaborative approach and eagerness to learn and develop
