They’re looking for a CRM Specialist/Manager who’s ready to take the reins and transform their CRM channel.
The role:
You’ll be reporting into the arketing Director, working alongside a 12-strong creative marketing team, and trusted to run with Klaviyo campaigns, build flows, improve segmentation, and create customer journeys that bring their unique products to life across the UK and 14 international markets.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimise CRM campaigns and automated flows
- Define segments, run A/B tests, and improve engagement and conversion rates
- Coordinate campaign assets with design and external partners
- Analyse performance to inform strategy and maximise customer value
- Take ownership of the CRM database and campaign calendar
What we’re looking for:
- 3 years CRM experience, ideally within a retail or e-commerce business
- Experience of Klaviyo is desirable
- Strong project management skills and able to work to tight deadlines
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data
- Agile and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for creative excellence and exploring new trends
- A collaborative team player
- SMS and Direct Mail experience is also desirable
