Digital Marketing Executive
Location: Chorley (4 days in-office)
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000
We’re working with a fast-growing e-commerce business looking to add a Digital Marketing Executive to their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their marketing career to gain hands-on experience across multiple digital channels in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
The Role
As Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll support the planning and execution of campaigns across email, website, and paid channels. Working closely with the wider marketing team, you’ll play a key role in delivering campaigns, maintaining digital content, and supporting performance tracking.
This role would suit someone organised, detail-oriented, and keen to build a broad skillset across digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the setup and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Assist with seasonal and promotional activity across digital touchpoints
- Upload and manage website content, including banners and product listings
- Build and deploy email marketing campaigns
- Support automated email journeys (e.g. welcome flows, abandoned cart)
- Assist with paid media activity across platforms such as Meta and Google
- Monitor campaign performance and flag any issues
- Proofread and sense-check marketing materials for accuracy and consistency
- Support testing and optimisation across channels
- Provide general marketing and campaign support
About You
- Some exposure to marketing (degree, internship, or similar)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident written communication skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (or strong willingness to learn)
- Comfortable using Excel
- Proactive, positive attitude with a hands-on approach
- Eager to learn and develop within a growing business
