Digital Marketing Executive
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
Location: Manchester City Centre - Hybrid (3 days in office)
We’re working with a fast-growing Manchester-based business looking to hire a Digital Marketing Executive to support and scale their digital activity across multiple channels.
This is a broad, hands-on digital role, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants real ownership across paid media, CRM, content, email, social and website performance.
The role
You’ll be responsible for planning, executing and optimising digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and performance. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll play a key part in shaping and delivering the wider digital marketing strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and optimising paid media campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Paid Social)
- Planning and delivering organic and paid social content across key platforms
- Creative Content Creation
- Creating, building and optimising email marketing campaigns
- Managing and developing CRM activity, including segmentation, automation and reporting
- Supporting ongoing website updates, content changes and landing page optimisation
- Working to improve website performance with A/B testing, conversion rates and user journeys
- Monitoring performance, analysing results and making data-driven improvements
- Supporting wider digital and marketing initiatives as the business continues to grow
About you
You’ll be a well-rounded digital marketer with hands-on experience across multiple channels and a strong commercial mindset.
You’ll ideally have:
- Proven experience in a broad digital marketing role
- Hands-on experience with paid media
- Strong understanding of social media marketing
- Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms
- Exposure to website management and optimisation (CMS, landing pages, CRO)
