Our client is embarking on a major transformation programme and they’re looking for a skilled Functional Consultant with proven Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and CRM expertise. This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering solutions that drive operational efficiency, elevate customer experience, and meet strategic business goals.
What you’ll be doing:

Designing and implementing Dynamics 365 Field Service and CRM solutions to support business change.

Enhancing processes around scheduling, mobile workforce management, and asset tracking.

Working with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Dataverse, and Dynamics 365 configuration.
-
Engaging with stakeholders at all levels, gathering requirements, and ensuring solutions align with objectives.

Operating effectively in a fast-paced contract environment, managing priorities with minimal supervision.
What we’re looking for:

Demonstrable background delivering Dynamics 365 Field Service and CRM projects in a consulting role.

Solid understanding of field service processes and best practices.
-
Strong technical know-how with the wider Microsoft ecosystem (Power Platform, Dataverse).

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capability.
This role is Inside IR35 and requires you to be on site 1-2 days per week in Manchester. Immediate start available.
