The role

They’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead and scale B2B2C growth across operators, property portfolios and enterprise customers.

This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building, winning new business and creating commercial momentum. You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, securing strategic partnerships and helping shape a scalable sales function that can support the next stage of growth.

Working closely with leadership, marketing and product teams, you’ll play a central role in expanding the platform’s network and building a repeatable commercial engine.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, engage and win new operator groups, property portfolios and enterprise customers onto the platform
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities across key target sectors
  • Lead complex sales cycles from initial conversation through to contract completion
  • Secure strategic partnerships that drive network growth and strengthen market position
  • Own revenue, pipeline and growth targets, consistently driving new business performance
  • Support the acquisition of fleet and contract customers that create recurring revenue
  • Help build and scale a high-performing sales function as the business grows
  • Set clear targets, performance measures and accountability across the commercial team
  • Maintain strong CRM discipline, accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility
  • Work closely with marketing on lead generation activity and wider growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding of new partners
  • Feed market insight back into product development and wider commercial strategy

 

Who they’re looking for

  • 5+ years’ experience in B2B sales within SaaS, mobility, infrastructure, property, tech or a similar fast-paced environment
  • A proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue and new business targets
  • Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Excellent pipeline management, forecasting and CRM discipline
  • Strong negotiation skills with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and close strategic partnerships
  • Experience leading, mentoring or building sales teams would be highly beneficial
  • Commercially sharp, highly driven and naturally proactive
  • Someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building something rather than maintaining it
