Client Partner, AI Transformation | Remote (UK) | £70,000–£100,000 + Uncapped Commission | Permanent

AI adoption has moved past the hype. Organisations now need someone who can help them actually do something with it — redesigning workflows, building governance frameworks, and getting employees using tools like Copilot, Claude, and ChatGPT in ways that drive measurable business outcomes.

This is a senior, consultative sales role with a fast-growing AI training and transformation provider that works with the likes of Nvidia, GSK, PwC, and the NHS. You'll be owning commercial opportunities end-to-end — from discovery through to close — across enterprise accounts.

The role:

  • Own the full sales cycle from qualified pipeline through to close across enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Lead multi-stakeholder conversations across HR, L&D, IT, Finance, Operations, and C-suite
  • Diagnose client needs across AI strategy, workflow redesign, adoption, governance, and workforce capability
  • Shape opportunities into structured AI transformation programmes — not off-the-shelf training proposals
  • Build commercial business cases tied to productivity, cost reduction, and workforce readiness
  • Work closely with delivery and solutions teams to design role-based programmes with measurable outcomes

We're looking for:

  • 5+ years in enterprise or consultative B2B sales — transformation, advisory, SaaS + services, AI, or workforce capability
  • Proven ability to sell to senior stakeholders and navigate complex, multi-threaded buying groups
  • Strong discovery and business case skills — you diagnose before you sell
  • Ability to connect AI capability to commercial outcomes (margin, productivity, growth)
  • Experience with a structured sales methodology (MEDDICC or similar) is a plus
  • Background in digital transformation, L&D, or Microsoft/Salesforce/ServiceNow ecosystems is highly relevant
