What you’ll be doing
You’ll take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, acting as a trusted advisor to the business and delivering high-quality legal hires.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment from brief to offer
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to shape hiring strategies
- Developing innovative attraction and sourcing plans
- Proactively sourcing talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, networks, and databases
- Building strong talent pipelines for future hiring
- Delivering engaging, inclusive candidate experiences
- Supporting fair and consistent selection processes
- Providing market insights and salary guidance
- Continuously improving recruitment processes and tools
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in legal recruitment (in-house or agency)
- Strong direct sourcing and market mapping experience
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
- A highly organised, proactive approach with the ability to juggle priorities
- A commercial mindset with a passion for delivering insight-led hiring
- Experience using ATS systems and sourcing tools
