HR Business Partner | 12-Month FTC

Forward Role are partnering with a leading professional services business to find a commercial, high-impact HR Business Partner on a 12 month FTC basis.
This is a brilliant opportunity to step into a visible, fast-paced role, working directly with senior leaders to drive people strategy and influence real business outcomes.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to shape people strategy
- Leading on complex ER cases and best practice
- Driving performance, promotions & reward cycles
- Using data and insight to influence decisions
- Supporting hiring, onboarding & early careers
- Delivering key HR projects and initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- Proven HR Business Partner experience
- Strong ER and performance management expertise
- Confident influencing at senior level
- Solid UK employment law knowledge
- Commercial mindset with a data-driven approach
- Professional services background (desirable but will flex for the right candidate)
