We’re working with a growing, people-first organisation in Leeds that’s looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to lead its HR function. This is a brilliant opportunity for a hands-on, commercially-minded HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic influence with day-to-day delivery.
The role:
- Lead the HR function, acting as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders
- Drive key people initiatives across performance, engagement, and culture
- Provide expert advice on ER, policy, and employment legislation
- Oversee HR operations, ensuring efficient, compliant processes
- Support organisational change, workforce planning, and growth strategy
- Manage and develop junior HR team members
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience operating at HR Manager level (or ready to step up)
- Strong generalist HR background across ER, business partnering, and policy
- Commercial mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Confident, pragmatic approach to problem solving
- CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
