This is a fantastic opportunity to work with some of the UK's biggest household names while helping shape partnership strategy across the UK and international markets. The OpportunityIn this role, you’ll support the onboarding, delivery and long-term management of a premium client portfolio across cinema, entertainment, loyalty and employee benefits. You’ll play a key part in nurturing relationships with major partners, driving client satisfaction and uncovering new commercial opportunities.This is a standout role for someone who combines strategic thinking with exceptional people skills and wants to work in a fast-growing organisation known for its positive culture and employee experience.What You’ll Be Doing
Leading and developing key client relationships to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.Managing and growing partnerships across UK & International cinema brands and wider loyalty clients.Collaborating with internal teams to deliver initiatives that boost engagement and product uptake.Providing insight-led recommendations using data, market trends and client feedback.Presenting with confidence in senior stakeholder meetings.Supporting new business activity and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.Ensuring all contractual commitments and compliance requirements are met.Representing the business at industry events and conferences.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in a client management or partnerships role.Strong commercial and strategic acumen with a track record of driving growth.Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.Confident presenting, advising and building trusted relationships.High attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.Analytical mindset with good Excel and PowerPoint capability.Understanding of cinema, loyalty or reward sectors, or international market exposure would be advantageous

As part of their continued growth, they’re looking to hire a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of paid acquisition, website performance, and conversion optimisation.This is a hands-on role with real influence-perfect for someone who enjoys driving results, simplifying customer journeys, and developing junior talent.The RoleAs Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving high-quality leads through a performance-led digital strategy. You’ll manage paid media channels directly (or via agency partners), optimise CRO on-site performance, and ensure the customer journey is intuitive, logical, and conversion-focused.You’ll also line manage and mentor one Junior Marketing Executive, providing guidance, training, and day-to-day support.Key Responsibilities
