The RoleThis is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the creative function, combining strategic direction with hands-on delivery.You will lead a multidisciplinary team and take ownership of the full creative lifecycle, from concept through to final execution. The role requires a balance of creative vision, operational management and commercial awareness, ensuring all outputs align with brand objectives while being delivered efficiently and to a high standard.Alongside leading the team, you will play a key role in developing internal creative capabilities, improving processes and reducing reliance on external agencies over time. Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Leadership
Define and deliver creative direction across all brand outputsEnsure all work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains high quality standardsTranslate strategic objectives into compelling visual and campaign assetsAct as the final approver for all creative output
Production & Delivery
Oversee the full production lifecycle including concept development, shoot execution and post-productionLead photography and video shoots, maintaining creative vision throughoutEnsure all assets meet technical and broadcast-ready standards
Operational Management
Develop and refine creative workflows to improve efficiency and output qualityManage project timelines, budgets and resource allocationOversee asset management systems and creative processes
Team Leadership

Key Skills & Experience
Minimum 7+ years' experience in a senior creative or studio management roleStrong background in creative production across digital, print and motionExperience delivering end-to-end campaigns (ATL and BTL)Proven ability to lead and develop creative teamsStrong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and resourcesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience improving workflows and implementing efficient creative processesKnowledge of packaging design and artwork processes is beneficialExperience within FMCG or consumer goods environments preferredInterest in emerging technologies, including AI tools for creative workflows

This is a hands‑on, generalist HR role for someone confident advising managers, managing ER cases and supporting the business across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll work as a trusted point of contact and strive to embed best practice, compliance and a positive people culture.
What you’ll be doing
Providing practical HR advice to managers and employees across a wide range of people matters
Managing complex ER cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, restructures and redundancy
Coaching and supporting managers to drive performance and engagement
Delivering HR training for managers and team leaders
Producing HR data, reports and MI for leadership
Supporting payroll queries and liaising with benefits and pension providers
Contributing to wellbeing, engagement initiatives and HR projects
What we’re looking for
Proven experience in a generalist HR Advisor role

A key hire within the Marketing team, focused on understanding what truly drives profitable, sustainable growth.
This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, attribution, and back‑end revenue insight, with real ownership over how marketing effectiveness is measured and communicated across the business.
Marketing performance data currently lives across multiple platforms and touchpoints. This role will bring that together into a single, trusted view of performance, enabling better decisions around channel investment, customer acquisition, value and retention.
You’ll act as the go‑to person for marketing analytics, partnering closely with marketing, data and commercial teams.
They key areas coved are:
Digital performance (GA4, GTM – on site, app and paid channels)
Attribution (AppsFlyer, cross-platform measurement)
Data & reporting (Power BI, SQL)
Role & Responsibilities:
Owning web and performance analytics, ensuring GA4 and GTM are accurate, robust and continuously optimised
Analysing digital marketing performance across paid channels, with a focus on improving efficiency, conversion and ROI
Ensuring tracking accuracy across complex web and app journeys, including support for CRO and funnel analysis
Taking ownership of attribution, understanding how different platforms measure performance and resolving discrepancies
Supporting the move towards more advanced, LTV‑led attribution and measurement
Building and maintaining dashboards that provide a clear view of CAC, LTV, ROAS and conversion performance
Working directly with raw data where needed to improve reporting accuracy and trust in the numbers
Delivering customer and commercial insight through cohort and segmentation analysis, identifying what drives high‑value customers
Supporting marketing, pricing and product decisions with actionable, data‑led recommendations
Analysing CRM and lifecycle performance to identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention and reactivation
Skills & Experience
Extensive experience in marketing, digital or growth analytics – covering on-site, app, digital marketing channels, CRM and customer)
Advanced user of GA4 and GTM
Experience using reporting tools such as Power BI (or similar)
Advanced Excel, SQL experience is ideal but not essential
Delivering performance insights for on-site, digital channels, and app. Along with customer insights.
Proven experience working with Google Ads / Meta measurement, paid media measurement and cross‑platform attribution
A clear communicator who can translate complex analysis into insight that drives action
Experience with the following tools (or similar) is of interest (not essential):
Bloomreach (knowledge of CRM/segmentation/lifecycle analysis)
AppsFlyer (or similar, e.g. Firebase) (app analysis / mobile attribution)
