No two days are the same, and you'll have the freedom to bring ideas, challenge the norm and make a real impact.What you'll be doing: Building and optimising Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit and SnapchatAnalysing campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROIDelivering insightful reporting and make data-driven recommendationsLeading creative testing, audience targeting and campaign optimisationWorking closely with clients, acting as a trusted point of contactCollaborating with the wider team to deliver outstanding results About You: 3+ years' experience managing Paid Social and/or PPC campaignsStrong knowledge of Google Ads and/or Meta AdsExperience using GA4 and Google Tag ManagerCommercially minded with a passion for performance marketingConfident managing client relationshipsProactive, curious and always looking for ways to improve performance What's in it for you? Supporting managers and employees across the UK, you'll play a key role in delivering expert ER guidance, managing complex casework and helping create a positive and high-performing workplace culture.As Employee Relations Advisor, you'll provide first-class ER support across a nationwide workforce, partnering with managers to navigate a wide range of employee relations matters.
