We're now looking for a commercially minded Marketplace Key Account Manager to take ownership of our key marketplace channels, drive performance, and help shape our next stage of growth.This is a high-impact role for someone who loves the combination of data, trading insight, and relationship management. Own and grow key marketplace accounts, driving sales, profitability, and performanceAct as the primary contact for marketplace partners, building strong, collaborative relationshipsMonitor account health, performance metrics, and marketplace standards
Commercial & trading
Take ownership of sales performance, budgets, and P&L accountability across assigned channelsBuild and execute promotional calendars aligned to marketplace opportunities and trading periodsMonitor competitor pricing, ranges, and activity to identify risks and opportunities
Data & insight
Analyse sales data, customer behaviour, and marketplace trends to identify optimisation opportunitiesDevelop reporting frameworks and KPIs to track channel performance and present insights to leadershipUse data to support pricing strategy, promotional decisions, and growth initiatives
Growth & collaboration
Identify new marketplace opportunities, partnerships, and scalable growth initiativesCollaborate with senior leadership to shape long-term marketplace strategyWork cross-functionally with ecommerce, merchandising, product, and operations teams

A leading institutional digital asset market maker is hiring an Exchange Trading Quant Developer to build and optimise the core systems behind its global trading infrastructure.This is a hands-on engineering role focused on real-time trading systems, exchange connectivity, and low-latency performance. You’ll work closely with traders and quant teams to improve execution quality, build scalable infrastructure, and ensure trading systems perform under serious market pressure, the kind where milliseconds quietly decide everything.If you enjoy building high-performance systems and solving complex distributed engineering problems in fast-moving markets, this sits right in that sweet spot between quant, trading, and hardcore backend engineering.
What you’ll be doing
Building and optimising exchange trading and execution systems

Infrastructure EngineerGloucester - HybridSalary - £55,000 - £70,000 + DV bonusClearance - DV / eDV Clearance RequiredRole DetailsAn established on-site infrastructure engineering team in Gloucester is looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to provide hands-on support across mission critical, highly secure government environments.
