Housing Skills Coach | Hybrid | £32,000–£38,000 | PermanentAn established apprenticeship and work-based learning provider is recruiting a Housing Skills Coach to join their delivery team. You'll be supporting learners working in the housing sector — coaching them through their programme, conducting workplace visits, and helping them build the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to progress and achieve. Hybrid working with a mix of remote coaching and field-based employer visits.The role:
Deliver coaching, training and development activities across housing-related apprenticeship and learning programmesConduct regular progress reviews and workplace visits in line with quality and funding requirementsEngage with line managers and workplace mentors to ensure learners are getting the support they need on the jobCoach learners to gather and present portfolio evidence, supporting progression towards qualification and programme completionMonitor learner engagement, wellbeing and attendance — taking action to reduce withdrawals and support outcomesProvide IAG to learners, employers and stakeholders to support informed decision-making and progression
We're looking for:
Level 3 qualification in Housing, Community Development, Advice and Guidance, L&D, or a related discipline — or equivalent occupational experience in the housing sectorFunctional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths (or equivalent)Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting individuals within housing, employability, customer service, or a work-based learning environmentKnowledge of the housing sector — tenancy management, customer service, safeguarding, welfare and resident engagementFull UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, you will take full ownership of the marketing P&L and partner at the highest level on the commercial agenda. What You Will Be Doing
Define and execute a global B2C marketing strategy aligned to revenue, retention and lifetime value targets across performance, brand, content and CRMOwn the full customer acquisition funnel across paid, organic, marketplace and partner channels with a clear focus on CAC, LTV and conversion optimisationBuild a lifecycle and retention engine that converts marketplace customers into long-term, direct subscribersDevelop the brand into a category-defining consumer proposition with genuine global ambitionLead go-to-market planning for new product launches, working closely with the founder and product team on timing, channel and messagingBuild and lead a high-performing marketing team, with scope to grow into broader commercial leadership over timeOwn budgeting, forecasting and marketing P&L accountability
What We Are Looking For
Proven B2C marketing leadership experience in a consumer, e-commerce or subscription-led environmentFirst-hand experience of building demand through both direct-to-consumer channels and global marketplaces, ideally with meaningful Amazon exposureA track record of converting marketplace volume into direct, subscribed customersHighly commercial with strong command of unit economics: CAC, LTV, payback periods and channel ROIData-driven with strong analytical capability and comfort owning a marketing P&LCreative and entrepreneurial, able to balance brand building with performance marketing disciplineExperience operating in a founder-led, scale-up environment where the playbook is being written, not followedHands-on and comfortable operating without large team infrastructure in the early stagesPrevious experience of start up / scale up life and associated successes & acheivements would be ideal
