One weekend you might be running a high-traffic expo stand, the next you’re supporting a post-race celebration or leading a community run with thousands of participants.This is a hands-on, travel-heavy role for someone who wants variety, responsibility and the chance to see the world while building standout brand experiences.Responsibilities: Develop and deliver brand activation and community engagement strategies across events, partnerships and initiatives.Plan and execute end-to-end activations, including logistics, suppliers, budgets and on-the-ground delivery.Grow and engage the community across both digital and in-person touchpoints, driving participation and awareness.Build and manage relationships with runners, charity partners, ambassadors, influencers and event stakeholders.Track performance against KPIs, optimise future activity, and support wider team delivery and development.
