The RoleThis is a senior, hands-on position that combines design leadership, client interaction, and team support. Sitting at the centre of the design function, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of creative output while acting as a key point of contact for both internal teams and clients.The role is split approximately 60/40 between hands-on design and leadership responsibilities. You will lead by example through your own work, while also guiding and supporting designers to elevate overall output.
