Reporting into the Senior Videographer, this is a varied, hands-on role for an experienced creative who enjoys producing engaging content across multiple channels.You'll be responsible for planning, filming and editing video content that supports product launches, campaigns, social media and eCommerce. Working closely with photographers, designers, marketing and brand teams, you'll create compelling content that strengthens the brand while delivering commercially effective creative.The role offers an excellent balance of day-to-day content creation alongside larger campaign projects, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across both fast-paced social content and more considered brand storytelling.Key Responsibilities
Plan, film and edit engaging video content for social media, eCommerce, paid media and wider marketing channels.Produce social-first content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.Create product videos, campaign content, lifestyle films and brand storytelling content.Capture behind-the-scenes footage during campaigns, events and product launches.Support the Senior Videographer on larger campaign productions while independently managing day-to-day projects.Collaborate with designers, photographers, marketing and social teams to deliver integrated creative campaigns.Direct models, athletes, ambassadors and external talent during video shoots where required.Edit footage using Adobe Premiere Pro to deliver high-quality, polished content.Incorporate motion graphics, sound design, subtitles and graphics where appropriate.Produce fast-turnaround creative for digital and social channels without compromising quality.Organise and maintain video assets, project files and content libraries.Bring fresh ideas by keeping up to date with emerging content trends, platform updates and new creative techniques.Support wider creative projects where required.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years' commercial videography experience.Strong portfolio showcasing branded, fashion, sportswear, lifestyle or consumer brand content.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, camera movement and audio capture.Strong editing skills with an eye for pacing, storytelling and visual quality.Experience creating engaging short-form content for social media platforms.Ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced environment.Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.Comfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within a creative team.

We are looking for a Midweight Photographer to join an expanding in-house creative studio, producing premium photography across eCommerce, campaigns and social content.This is a hands-on role where approximately 60% of your time will focus on eCommerce photography, with the remaining time supporting campaign, marketing and brand projects. Working alongside Creative, Studio and Marketing teams, you'll help deliver engaging imagery that elevates the brand whilst maintaining the pace required within a fast-moving retail environment.This role would suit someone with a strong creative eye who combines excellent technical ability with commercial awareness. You'll understand how lighting, composition and storytelling can transform product imagery and will be passionate about continually raising creative standards.Key Responsibilities
Produce high-quality photography for eCommerce, campaign and brand marketing projects.
Deliver premium on-model and product imagery across apparel and accessories.
Create engaging content for website, paid social, organic social and wider marketing channels.
Work closely with photographers, creatives, stylists, videographers and marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
Manage all aspects of studio and location photography, including lighting, composition and camera settings.
Retouch, colour grade and prepare imagery to a premium commercial standard.
Maintain consistency across all photography, ensuring brand guidelines and creative standards are met.
Organise photography equipment, studio space and digital asset libraries.
Support shoot planning, production logistics and location preparation where required.
Keep up to date with photography trends, creative techniques and visual culture to continually improve creative output.
Skills & Experience
3-5 years' commercial photography experience.
Strong portfolio showcasing fashion, sportswear, lifestyle or apparel photography.
Experience working within a fast-paced retail or eCommerce environment.
Excellent understanding of studio and location lighting techniques.
Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Capture One.
Confident with retouching, colour grading and post-production workflows.
Experience photographing movement, performance or lifestyle imagery would be advantageous.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
