Senior Programmatic Executive Manchester- 3 days p/week in office Salary £35,000A fast-growing media agency in Manchester is looking for a Senior Programmatic Executive to join their Paid Media team. This is an exciting role for someone to come in and take ownership for the planning, execution and optimisation of Programmatic campaigns. You’ll be working across Display, Video, Connected TV (CTV) and Digital Audio.As Senior Programmatic Executive, you’ll be responsible for managing campaigns end-to-end, and delivering data-driven insights and reporting. The role:
Plan, launch and optimise Programmatic campaigns across Display, Video, CTV and AudioMonitor performance and deliver weekly & monthly reportsWork with DSPs and platform partners to maximise campaign performanceSupport media planning, forecasting and budget allocationMaintain accurate tracking and campaign measurement (GA4, UTMs)
Requirements:
Experience running Programmatic campaignsKnowledge of DSPs and programmatic buying platforms (DV360, Criteo, Adform)Experience with GA4, tracking and campaign reportingStrong analytical skills and confidence working with spreadsheets

Evology is seeking a commercially driven, hands-on Marketing Manager to own and execute high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across brand, performance, partnerships, and on-location activations. This role is suited to someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and is motivated by building and scaling growth.You will play a central role in accelerating user acquisition, expanding Evology’s parking network, strengthening market positioning, and driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact.This role owns both consumer user growth and B2B2C2C demand generation. A core focus will be scaling Evology’s driver user base by identifying and executing high-impact acquisition strategies across digital, physical locations, and partnerships, while also supporting commercial growth through strong B2B2C2C demand generation.You will play a key role in scaling Evology’s growth in the UK while supporting expansion into European markets, helping establish a repeatable growth model that can be deployed internationally. You will have full ownership of the marketing function, from strategy through execution and optimisation, working closely with Sales, Product, and leadership.As Evology continues to scale across the UK and Europe, this role provides a clear pathway into senior growth leadership, with the opportunity to build and lead a larger growth team over time.Key Responsibilities
Own and execute multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, email, partnerships, events and on-site activations.Drive consistent, qualified B2B2C2C lead generation and build a predictable commercial pipeline.Own B2C app growth inclusive of installs, activation, repeat usage and on-location conversion.Optimise the full funnel from first touch to revenue (CPL, CAC, conversion, ROI).Convert drivers at physical Evology locations into active app users through signage, QR journeys and messaging.Manage and optimise website, SEO, paid media, CRM and automation platforms directly.Work closely with Sales and Product to turn marketing activity into measurable revenue impact.Track, report and continuously improve performance across all channels.
What Success Looks Like in the First 12 Months
Deliver substantial, measurable growth in Evology app users through high-impact acquisition campaigns, partnerships, and on-location conversion.Drive increased driver adoption at Evology-enabled car parks, improving conversion from parking location to active app user.Proactively identify and launch new acquisition channels that accelerate both user growth and car park expansion.Generate and support the acquisition of new parking operators and property portfolios through targeted marketing initiatives.Build scalable, repeatable growth engines that consistently deliver new users and new parking supply.Strengthen Evology’s position as a leading consumer parking platform through bold, effective growth initiatives.

Key Experience Requirements
5+ years’ experience in marketing within SaaS, technology, mobility, infrastructure, or high-growth environments.Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline growth and commercial outcomes.Exceptional expertise in digital marketing, demand generation, and performance marketing.Proficient in AI tools like, Hubspot, Iterable and Amplitude.Experience managing budgets and demonstrating ROI accountability.Experience working closely with Sales teams in a B2B2C environment.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Highly analytical, commercially minded, and execution-focused.

We’re working with our client, a global, mission-led organisation operating in the public safety and medical technology space, to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager on a 12-month fixed-term basis.This is a high-impact, regional role where you’ll take ownership of marketing activity across Eastern Europe, the Nordics and the Middle East, supporting a distributor-led sales model and driving demand for life-saving public safety solutions.As the regional marketing lead, you’ll work closely with Territory Managers and a broad network of distribution partners to deliver hands-on, execution-focused marketing programmes. Operating within a matrixed international organisation, this role offers real visibility and the chance to influence growth across diverse markets.This position is suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced, international environments and enjoys balancing strategy with delivery.Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver regional marketing strategies aligned to public safety growth objectives across EMEA.Act as the primary marketing partner to regional sales teams, supporting indirect/distributor-led sales models.Build and manage effective collaboration with distributor partners, ensuring consistency and quality of execution.Plan and execute channel marketing programmes, promotions and lead generation campaigns.Create and localise marketing materials including sales tools, presentations, digital content, email campaigns and translations.Support marketing activity around tradeshows, congresses and industry events.Track and report on campaign performance, distributor activity and ROI, using data to inform continuous improvement.Monitor regional market trends, competitor activity and customer insights.Manage the regional marketing budget effectively.

Degree qualified in Marketing or a related discipline.7+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within B2B, medical devices, healthcare or technology-led environments.Demonstrable experience working with distribution partners and indirect sales channels.Strong background in lead generation and demand-driven marketing.Comfortable using CRM systems and campaign performance analytics.Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Confident communicator with strong copywriting and presentation skills.Self-starter who can operate independently and deliver to deadlines and budget.
