Own and optimise multi-channel acquisition strategy across paid media (Meta, Google, affiliates, marketplaces)Lead budget allocation, forecasting, and ROI optimisation across channelsDrive a performance-led approach while evolving brand presence across mid-to-upper funnel activityBuild and scale affiliate and partner programmes to diversify acquisition
Retention & Customer Lifecycle
Partner with CRM to deliver best-in-class lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, and loyaltyBalance acquisition with retention to maximise LTV and long-term revenue growth
Ecommerce, CRO & Marketplaces
Collaborate with ecommerce leadership to deliver a structured CRO roadmap, driven by testing and dataScale growth across third-party marketplaces (e.g. TikTok Shop, wholesale platforms)Develop strategies to convert marketplace customers into direct-to-consumer
Data, Analytics & Innovation
Use data (CAC, LTV, churn) to inform strategic decision-makingOwn growth KPIs and reporting across acquisition, retention, and revenueImprove visibility through dashboards and analytics infrastructureRun incrementality testing to optimise spendExplore and implement AI tools across creative, targeting, and analytics
Leadership & Collaboration

What we’re looking for:
Experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally with hands-on CRM and email platform useA good understanding of email marketing and customer journey map builds within an email platform is essential Basic understanding of HTML coding is preferredExcellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to collaborate and build strong working relationships across teamsStrong creative, analytical and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
