With a strong growth trajectory and an energetic, collaborative team, they’re now looking to bring in a Digital Marketing Executive to support their marketing function.This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with 1+ years’ experience who’s particularly strong on content and copywriting, and keen to broaden their exposure across wider digital channels.The Role This is a hands-on, varied position supporting the delivery of day-to-day marketing activity, with a strong focus on content.Key responsibilities include:
Creating engaging copy for email, website, and social channelsSupporting content campaigns that drive engagement and participationAssisting with website updates via CMSHelping with email marketing campaigns (build, send, optimise)Supporting paid media activity (Meta/Google Ads) - nice to have, not essentialMonitoring basic campaign performance and reporting

With over two million products delivered nationwide, an 'Excellent' Trustpilot rating, and a team of around 300 people, this is a business with real scale and serious ambition for further growth.The roleReporting into the Paid Media Manager, the Paid Media Executive will take ownership of paid search and paid social across a portfolio of e-commerce brands. This is a hands-on role with genuine influence over budget and strategy from day one.Key responsibilities
Manage and optimise paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, driving market share growth while maintaining spend efficiencyDrive remarketing and upper-funnel prospecting through paid social channels including Meta, Pinterest and TikTokManage cross-channel campaign alignment to prevent audience overlap and maximise budget efficiencyConduct regular SQR analysis, implementing negative keyword strategies and refining campaign structures to improve performanceRun A/B tests across ad copy, creative assets, landing pages and shopping feedsManage and optimise shopping feeds through product selection, titles and imageryIdentify new target audiences through keyword and audience research, developing new campaigns accordinglyBuild and maintain PPC and e-commerce reporting to support data-driven decision making across the business
Essential requirements
Minimum 2 years of PPC experience, in-house or at agency levelProven track record managing paid search and shopping campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft AdvertisingStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and make clear recommendationsProficient in Google Analytics 4Genuine interest in e-commerce and an understanding of cross-channel interactionsHighly self-motivated and commercially focused
Desirable
Experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta, Pinterest, YouTube or TikTokKnowledge of attribution modelling and performance forecastingStrong Excel and Google Sheets skills
