We’re looking for a Middleweight UX/UI Designer to join the Design team, creating high-quality digital experiences across Web and Activation.You’ll combine strong UX thinking with polished UI design, taking projects from research and discovery through to wireframes, prototypes, final designs, developer handover and QA.The majority of the work will focus on websites and retainers, with opportunities to work on interactive campaigns, digital activations, games and quizzes.Key Responsibilities
Create user journeys, sitemaps, information architecture and wireframes.
Design polished, responsive and accessible digital interfaces.
Build and maintain design systems and reusable Figma components.
Conduct and contribute to user research, usability testing and journey audits.
Turn research and insight into clear design recommendations.
Work closely with developers to ensure designs are technically achievable.
Present and explain design decisions to clients and internal teams.
Manage multiple projects and deliver work to deadlines and agreed budgets.
Identify opportunities to improve usability, conversion and digital performance.
Support and share knowledge with other designers.
Key Skills & Experience
2 - 5 years’ professional UX/UI design experience, ideally within an agency or fast-paced environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX and polished UI design.
Advanced Figma skills, including components, variants, variables, auto layout and prototyping.
Strong understanding of user journeys, information architecture, wireframing and prototyping.
Experience designing responsive websites across desktop, tablet and mobile.
Experience working closely with developers.
Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design.
Confident presenting and explaining design decisions.
Strong organisation and ability to manage multiple projects.
Nice to have: Webflow, CRO/A/B testing, GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, HTML/CSS, mobile-first design and experience with interactive campaigns.What’s on Offer

Campaign Manager

Our client is recruiting a customer campaign manager to support and manage the delivery of their customer email campaigns.You'll be responsible for the delivery of all customer email campaign, working directly with account directors to plan, manage and schedule campaigns.Reporting to the CTO, you will own the campaign schedule, build and delivery process, looking to continually improve workflow efficiency and increase effectiveness of all campaigns by measuring campaign success using analytics and reporting.Key Responsibilities
Working with account directors to plan and build campaign strategy.Keeping a schedule of all campaigns across clients.Being proactive to improve process efficiency and enforcing standards.Use analytics, A/Btesting and post-campaign learning to improve campaign effectiveness.QA checklists and build standards - creating and maintaining.Build, test and send campaigns.Proofing and approval workflow,taking control of sign-off cycles, version control.Manage campaigns within agreed scope, identify and flag additional or chargeable work to account directors.Work with our data analysts and engineers on list hygiene, deliverability and sender reputation
Required Skills
Hands-on experience delivering email campaigns using email service providers such as Dotdigital, HubSpot, Vision6 or similar.Experience using project management tooling such as Scoro, Monday, Trello etc.Confident working withcampaign data, CSV and Excel, segmentation, field mappingetc.Able to build processes and tasks for reliability and performance.Well organised and self-directed to work remotely.An understanding of data protection and data security(PECR, GDPR).Experiencebuilding,editing and managing HTML email templates.Experience cross client testing email creatives, and an understanding of common issues.
Desirables
Experience managing clients and campaign stakeholders.Knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, In-design, Figma.
Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. Claude) to speed up copy, QA and reporting.Email accessibility (alt text, semantic structure, WCAG).
