Job title: Ecommerce ExecutiveLocation: Irlam, Manchester- Hybrid- 3 days office per weekSalary: Up to £32,000Forward Role are pleased to be partnering with this ambitious Retailer, who are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to join their growing team. Working closely with the Ecommerce Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running and optimisation of 2 websites, analysing site and product performance and identifying ways to improve the customer experience. Responsibilities of the role include:
Update product listings ensuring consistency across descriptions, images and categorisationManage on-site search, ensuring key search terms are optimised and relevantOversee online merchandising of productsManage online promotions ensuring offers and discounts are correct at point of going liveUpdate homepage banners and website contentIdentify trends and identify areas for improvement based on analysis and reportingSupport with any troubleshooting on the website
To be considered for this role, you must:
Have previous experience within a similar role, ideally a minimum of 2-3 years' experienceHave working knowledge of Klevu (highly desirable)Have strong working knowledge of Magento 2 or other ecommerce platformsBe data literate and have the ability to interpret large volumes of data
