We are supporting the appointment of a Mid-Level Clothing & Apparel Graphic Designer to join the in-house creative team. This position will suit a designer with a minimum of three years’ experience within fashion or apparel graphics who can confidently translate brand identity into commercially strong garment graphics.Working closely with design, product development and merchandising, you will create graphics that translate seamlessly onto garments across men’s and women’s collections. You will contribute to seasonal ranges, capsule drops and special projects, ensuring creative output aligns with both brand DNA and commercial objectives.Key Responsibilities
Apparel Graphic Design
Design and develop garment graphics across print, embroidery, placement graphics, trims and detailing
Translate brand DNA into commercially viable and creatively relevant concepts
Adapt graphic styles across product categories, silhouettes, collections and price points
Prepare accurate, production-ready artwork files for print and application
Collaboration & Development
Partner with fashion designers, garment technologists and product teams from concept through to final execution
Support seasonal collection development and capsule launches
Research trends, cultural references and graphic directions relevant to the target customer
Maintain brand consistency whilst contributing fresh ideas and creative evolution
Project & Workflow Management
Manage multiple projects and deadlines within a fast-paced fashion environment
Ensure strong attention to detail and technical accuracy throughout the design process
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Graphic Designer within fashion or apparel
Strong understanding of garment graphics, print techniques and embellishments
Proven experience preparing production-ready artwork
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Working knowledge of InDesign and Adobe Firefly
Strong understanding of how graphics translate onto clothing
Ability to balance creative innovation with brand consistency
Commercial awareness with a passion for fashion and street-luxury aesthetics
Experience collaborating within cross-functional creative teams
