AI & Data Trainer / Apprenticeship Coach | Remote (UK, occasional travel to centres/client sites) | £60,000–£90,000 We're working with a leading tech training provider to find an experienced AI & Data specialist who can do two things well: deliver high-impact technical training to corporate clients, and coach apprentices through to successful completion. If you've got strong AI/ML/Data expertise and enjoy both classroom-style delivery and 1-2-1 learner support, this is a broad, high-visibility role with real autonomy and genuine scope to shape how the AI/Data curriculum evolves.The role:
Design and deliver technical learning content across AI, Machine Learning and Data Science — covering Python, ML frameworks, cloud platforms and applied AI use casesWork directly with corporate clients to understand capability gaps and shape tailored, blended learning solutions across virtual and in-person deliveryCoach and support a caseload of apprentices, reviewing evidence, giving detailed feedback, and keeping learners on track against programme deadlines and their off-the-job training obligationsRun regular progress reviews with learners, employers and line managers, flagging risk early and planning realistic progressionAdvise clients and learners on responsible AI use, data governance, ethics and regulatory frameworksContribute to course and curriculum design based on delivery experience and client feedback, helping keep content current as the AI landscape movesCollaborate with quality assurance, learning specialists and wider delivery teams to make sure learners hit standard on timeSupport learners in applying AI/automation concepts (Copilot, Power Automate, RPA, APIs) to their actual day-to-day roles, not just in theory
We're looking for:
Strong hands-on AI/ML and Data Science expertise (Python essential — NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn; exposure to PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangGraph or similar a plus)Proven experience delivering technical training to a mix of technical and non-technical audiences, virtually and face-to-faceExperience coaching, mentoring or assessing apprentices, ideally on tech-related standardsConfidence engaging directly with corporate clients to shape and advise on learning solutionsWorking knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and how they fit into AI/data deliveryStrong written communication — this role carries a genuine documentation, feedback and reporting load, so it's not just a delivery job
Desirable:
Relevant cloud vendor certification (AWS, Azure or GCP)TAQA/CAVA or equivalent apprenticeship coaching qualificationPostgraduate qualification in Data Science, AI or Computer Science

Freelance Engagement Lead | Remote | £35,000–£45,000 | Freelance – Maternity Cover (6–12 months)A corporate training and L&D provider is looking for a Freelance Engagement Lead to cover maternity leave, keeping their freelance trainer network running smoothly across live and virtual delivery for corporate clients. This is a hands-on operational role rather than a sales one - you'll be the person freelancers and internal teams rely on to keep courses staffed, scheduled and paid on time.The role:
Manage the freelance trainer pool — onboarding, availability, and matching trainers to upcoming coursesOwn end-of-month invoicing, chasing and collating invoices from contractors ahead of payment runsManage trainer timesheets, checking accuracy and resolving discrepancies before sign-offSchedule courses and freelancers across the delivery calendar, balancing trainer availability against client commitments
We're looking for:
