Wholesale is a key growth channel, with increasing demand from retail partners and a clear focus on building long term relationships. - Monitor stock levels and support allocation across wholesale partners
- Maintain accurate records across orders, customers, and pricing
- Support sales reporting, performance tracking, and account analysis
- Deliver a high level of service to B2B customers
- Gradually take on more ownership of accounts as experience develops
As the Key Account Executive, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience in wholesale, account management, sales support, or customer service within fashion or a similar industry
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with external partners
- Good Excel skills and familiarity with order management systems
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and commercially curious and keen to develop into a more account focused role
