Are you an experienced ER specialist ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, people-first environment? We're partnering with a leading organisation in Manchester looking for an Employee Relations Partner to join them on a 9-month FTC.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you’ll play a key part in driving best-practice ER, supporting managers, and navigating complex change.
The Role
As ER Partner, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things employee relations. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and managers to build confidence, capability, and consistency across the business.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coaching and upskilling managers on ER best practices, ensuring confidence in handling cases end-to-end
- Managing a broad range of ER cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, and complex investigations
- Leading on TUPE processes, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions
- Supporting and delivering on restructuring and organisational change programmes
- Providing commercially focused advice aligned with business objectives
- Driving consistency and continuous improvement across ER policies and processes
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an ER-focused role within a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and ER best practice
- Experience handling TUPE and restructuring activity
- Confident stakeholder manager, able to influence at all levels
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously while remaining collaborative
