Forward Role are working with one of the country’s leading rapid and ultra-rapid charging networks. Their hubs are popping up in busy travel routes, everyday destinations, and local communities across the UK, making charging more convenient wherever people need it.
It’s a modern, app-led business backed by major infrastructure and energy investors, and scaling fast as demand for EV charging continues to grow.
The role:
To bring the brand to life across its charging hubs and customer touchpoints. Combining campaign delivery with on-the-ground activation, overseeing site branding and experience, running driver and fleet campaigns, and building relationships with commercial and local partners.
You’ll be regularly out at sites, turning insights into activations and content, while also managing owned and paid channels, events, and creative delivery in a fast-growing business.
Responsibilities:
- Own the look and feel of their charging hubs, from signage to wayfinding, making sure every site feels unmistakably on-brand
- Get out to sites regularly, seeing the customer experience first-hand and spotting opportunities to improve and promote what they do
- Plan and deliver local activations and events, bringing partners together and making things happen smoothly on the ground
- Run day-to-day campaigns across CRM, email, social and local PR, working closely with creatives to keep everything sharp and consistent
- Build brilliant relationships with fleet partners, driver communities and local businesses, turning them into real campaigns, content and footfall-driving activity
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in marketing within physical environments (retail, hospitality, transport or similar), with a strong understanding of real-world customer experience
- Confident running multiple campaigns and projects at once, staying on top of deadlines, budgets and delivery
- Strong creative judgement with the ability to spot great work, give clear feedback, and protect brand standards
- Hands-on experience delivering events and activations, ideally including coordination with partners and stakeholders
- Well-organised, curious and practical, with the ability to work across both B2B and B2C audiences and adapt approach accordingly
