A high growth, household name in retail are looking to bring on a Post Production Supervisor to join the Post Production team, working within the in-house Creative team.This is a newly created role, so there is scope to stay on after the initial contract.3 month initial contract, starting asap.£240-300 per day, outside IR35, depending on experience.2-3 days in the HQ, based in Leeds.About the role:
Working with the internal Traffic Management and Production teams to manage the fast paced in house Post Production schedule. Responsible for allocating the appropriate edit resource to ensure projects are completed on time. Work with internal stakeholders to collate all assets for a video brief, including; copy, translations and video files.Manage the post-production process; from checking initial brief, gathering footage, copy, translations and any assets needed to deliver the final product. Providing regular updates to production and creative teams on the post-production timeline. Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise during the post-production process. Ensure that the final product has met the brief, is clear and visually engaging.
About you:
Strong post producer experience, can be from agency side or an inhouse team. Retail/FMCG industry experience.Solid understanding of the the technical aspects of post-production, including editing software, sound mixing, and visual effects. A working knowledge of Post Software including Premier Pro and After Effects.Excellent stakeholder manager and highly organised. Must be able to remain calm under pressure and prioritise a changing workload.
